Job Description:

Kaasthamandap Vidhyalaya is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Level English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young students.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and interactive learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver interactive English lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support.
• Encourage students' participation and enhance their reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and parents to support student development.
