It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

Guided by its vision of fostering a just and prosperous society where individuals have access to and control over resources, KIRDARC Nepal strives for community empowerment and ownership.
KIRDARC Nepal, in collaboration with Save the Children International, is currently executing an integrated project aimed at enhancing students' basic education, promoting the implementation of UNCRC by both the government and civil society, and establishing safe and protective environments for children within schools, health facilities, and other community settings in Tatopani Rural Municipality of Jumla District. Consequently, KIRDARC Nepal is actively seeking competent, qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens to fill the following full-time positions:
1. Position Title: Pedagogical Resource Person- 1 Person (Based in Tatopani Rural Municipality of Jumla district)
Academic Qualification and Experience: Master's degree in education, management, or other relevant subject with at least 2 years of working experience in education. Bachelor’s degree in the same subject with 5 years of working experience in education projects.
Key Skills and Knowledge required:- The position will be responsible for model class demonstrations, class observation, and providing teachers with technical pedagogical skills, grade-appropriate learning materials development, integrated curriculum-based teaching skills, lesson plan preparation, and other teaching methodologies and techniques.
