Office Assistant
Details / requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, filing and banking works.
2. Communication Handling: Manage phone calls, and correspondence.
3. Office Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, restocking supplies, and coordinating repairs as needed.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
5. Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and helpful presence for visitors, clients, and staff, addressing inquiries and directing them appropriately.
6. Dispatching of Goods: Dispatch goods to customer and handle work relating to it solely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must have two-wheelers driving license.
