International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a non-Government Organization that was established in 1952 and serving poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life in its fullness through health and development service.  In Nepal, INF Nepal is now providing health and community development services in the provinces of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim.

For the following position, INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital Pokhara is seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizen who share our vision, missions, and values.

1. Position: Occupational Therapist

Required Number: 1

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder needs to provide a holistic Occupational Therapy service enabling adults and children with life-limiting illnesses and their families to live as independently as possible with suitable support.  The Occupational Therapist as a member of the multidisciplinary rehab team, in the inpatient, outpatient settings, provides care to the patients.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Must have a Bachelors in Occupational Therapy with registration in Nepal Health Professional Council with a minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant field. 
• Good interpersonal skills, patience, empathy and the ability to motivate and encourage people.
• Ability to keep all matters pertaining to patient care confidential.
• Personal initiative and good time management skills.
• Ability to read and write English and Nepali.
• Have basic computer skills with a good understanding of Word/Excel.
• To be honest and demonstrate integrity.
• Compassionate to patients and committed to serving needy people.
• In agreement with the vision, mission and values of INF.
