NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SKILL UPGRADING TRAINING PROGRAM

Enhanced Skills for Sustainable and Rewarding Employment (ENSSURE) Phase II is a bilateral initiative of the Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland. ENSSURE II seeks to institutionalize and scale up work-based learnings, mainly the dual VET-Apprenticeship, in the federal system. It has been promoting the Skill Upgrading Training for existing workers, in collaboration with the industry associations. In this connection, ENSSURE II Project with Support Unit (PSU)/Hetauda Confederation of Bagmati Province Industries invites quotation from interested and qualified training providers/Consultants/Trainer/Industry Associations/Commodity Associations to implement the below trainings in Bagmati Province.

The bidder can apply for more than one training package, but separate proposals should be submitted for each training package if training cost is varies as per location.

The association can bid for complete training package for the group of 20 where minimum contribution will be 25% and will be ready to collaborate for apprenticeship program. Whereas, Individual trainer/Consultant can provide quotation for trainer service only. Further clarification can be made by contacting in the CBPI office, details provided below.

The bid documents must be submitted in one sealed envelope for each training package containing 3 separate envelopes of the following documents i. Documents for eligibility ii. Technical Proposal iii. Financial Proposal. 

The consultants will be selected following the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. The minimum score to pass the technical proposal is 60 points. The weightage of the technical proposal and financial proposal will be 80% and 20% respectively. Any inquiries other than necessary clarifications on the Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be entertained and any type of solicitation will automatically disqualify the bidder from the selection process. CBPI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without stating any cause and will process for negotiation as per provisioned budget.                              

The deadline for the submission of the proposal is before 5:00 PM, 7 April 2025. If the last day of submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day and same time shall be considered the last date.
