USAID Karnali Water Activity is issuing this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to seek applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the “Market Production” program under the USAID Karnali Water Activity (the Activity). The goal of this intervention is to enhance agricultural productivity and water-use efficiency in selected communities in Surkhet.
