Notice for requesting Proposal for "Endline line evaluation of Psychosocial Counselling for Community Integration of Conflict Victim (PCCICV)" 

Centre for Mental Health and Counselling Nepal (CMC-Nepal) is implementing PCCICV project in three local levels in Kavre, four in Bardiya, two in Surkhet, two in Jajarkot and two in Rukum west since 2021 September while there was pilot phase program in one local level of Kavre and four local levels of Bardiya in 2020 February to 2021 August. The details of local levels where project is implemented according to province and districts are listed in the Terms of Reference (ToR) of this consultancy. 

Project has developed partnership with 13 local levels of three provinces to build mental health and psychosocial counselling services for conflict victims in their own family and community in all 13 local levels where 26 psychosocial counselor (PSC) are trained from National Health Training Centre (NHTC) of ministry of health and population and mental health service capacity in health workers (HWs) of primary health care facilities of local levels using mhGAP module 2 (a and b) of NHTC with regular clinical supervision by consultant psychiatrist, clinical psychologist and psychologists. Trained PSCs and HWs are regularly involved in providing mental health and psychosocial counseling services for conflict victims (CV) and others who are in need of the service. The project had conducted base line study report and other activities and annual reports to support evidences of the implementation. Since it is the last year of this project, we are seeking application and detail proposal to conduct endline evaluation of PCCICV project through external consultant (individual or organization).

Interested and experienced organization or individuals meeting the requirements are requested to submit the proposal with details of methodology and other requirements (specifying both Technical and Financial proposal to the following address not later than 5.00 PM of 31st March, 2025. If possible, please include at least one latest evaluation report related to mental health and psychosocial area.  All the rights for selection and cancellation (if required) of the evaluator for the final evaluation is reserved by CMC-Nepal.
