Notice for Inviting for Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Procurement of Electric Vehicle (SUV)

CRS is an international NGO based in the United States that works in over 100 countries to promote human development by responding to major emergencies, fighting diseases, poverty, and nurturing peaceful and just societies. CRS started its operational presence in Nepal in response to the 2015 earthquake, providing immediate emergency response in multiple districts and earthquake recovery support. CRS Nepal has been coordinating the reconstruction through the leadership of the National Housing and Settlements Resiliency Platform (NHSRP), formally known as Housing Recovery and Reconstruction Platform (HRRP) since March 2017 to provide technical and information management support to relevant national, provincial and local governments. Similarly, CRS expanded its programming to other disasters responses (Lamjung, Jajarkot) in country as well as other sectors, namely Livelihoods, DRR and Climate Change. CRS Nepal is also implementing a USAID-financed livelihood technical assistance program, Farmer to Farmer (F2F), in Bagmati, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.

CRS Invite for Expression of Interest (EoI) for the Procurement of Electric Vehicle (SUV) and Plan for Sale Exchange with the new electric vehicles from eligible and interested suppliers for the supply and delivery of vehicles as below.

The Quotations should contain following documents:

• Financial and Technical Specification
• VAT/PAN Certificate
• Company Registration Certificates
• Copies of registration/incorporation of the entity/Latest Tax clearance.
• Organizational profile, structure, governing board of the organization.

Instructions for application can be obtained by email request to np_procurement@crs.org, during office hours (Nepali time) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Interested suppliers are requested to send the quotation to the email address: np_procurement@crs.org no later than 7 July 2024, at 5:00 pm local Kathmandu, Nepal Time.
