Establishing an Employer Led Labour Market Secretariat (ELMS) is a project led by Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) in collaboration with Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), Federation of Nepalese Cottage and Small Scale Industry (FNCSI), Federation of Contractors Association of Nepal (FCAN) and Hotel Association of Nepal (HAN). It is supported under the Dakchyata: TVET Practical Partnership managed by the British Council and funded by the European Union. The objective of the project is to create a model for Employer Associations to conduct harmonized demand side Labour Market Information (LMI) activities. ELMS Project invites the applicants to apply for the following positions: 

1.   Service: Project Financial Auditing  

ELMS Project and its 5 implementing partners have incurred approximately NPR. 35 million sum total of expenditure during the period from 11th November 2020 to 15th July 2021.  The books of account are maintained both on tally and manually in ELMS Operation Unit and Partner Offices. 

The auditor shall undertake financial and performance audit of ELMS Operation Unit and 5 partners.

Qualification and Experience: 

• Reputed Chartered Accounting Firm 
• Prior at least 5 years of experience of Audits, preferably in donor funded projects (Preferably EU funded projects)
• Independent firm and must commit to undertake the audit in accordance with the IFAC Standards and Ethics
• Registered under Government of Nepal

2.   Position: National Standard Classification of Occupation (NSCO) Consultant 

Qualification and Experience: 

• Masters (preferable PhD) in TVET related areas ( Labor Studies,Education,Economics or any other relevant discipline )
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in relevant discipline 
• Experience in research methodology and pilot testing. 
• Preferably with an experience in Standard Classification of Occupationsin Technical Vocational Education and Training related area
• Experience on professional report writing and data analysis.
• Experience on occupation classification practices of the country.
