Change Action Nepal (CAN) is recruiting staff for the following positions to implement a child protection system strengthening project in the Sindhupalchowk district with a special focus on climate-vulnerable locations. The project aims to combat child exploitation through initiatives led by children and youth, integrated services, and advocacy for gender justice, with an emphasis on increasing reporting and prosecution. CAN is committed to implementing the project activities in coordination and collaboration with TDH, local government, and other concerned stakeholders.

Change Action Nepal invites applications from interested candidates for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer based in Sindhupalchowk.

The MEAL Officer will provide methodological and technical support to the project team to develop and implement guidelines and tools on MEAL to ensure the quality of the project work. The incumbent will support the development of an institutional culture that encourages critical thinking, collective learning, and teamwork, as part of the organization’s focus on quality and accountability. The Officer will lead the development and implementation of the project MEAL framework, monitoring tools, and systems for the collection and analysis of data, working in coordination with the project team. S/he will also be responsible for communicating and sharing knowledge and information, learning, and updates on the project.
