Position: Mid-Level Python Developer-Proficiency in Python (primary language used in Odoo)

Location: Siphal, Kathmandu

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our applications. The ideal candidate has experience in Python, database management, and web development. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Code: Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Feature Implementation: Design and implement new features and functionalities based on project requirements.
• API Development: Create and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data communication.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs to improve application performance.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Optimize Performance: Improve application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with Python trends, libraries, and frameworks

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in Python development.
• Frameworks: Proficiency in frameworks like Django or Odoo.
• Databases: Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM libraries.
• APIs: Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git or similar tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Communication: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and front-end basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
