Medical Data Analyst
Vu Devi Services is a business process outsourcing company established in 2013. It has been working to serve its foreign clients in the field of medical report writing. The company currently has 44core staffs that includes a team of medical data processors, medical doctors, physiotherapists, nurse and pharmacists. Since most of our work is done on a real time to serve our overseas clients, out staffs normally works from home. We only have 5 days a week work schedule and most of our work is done online during night time (Nepali time). We encourage team work and value internationally accepted work principles.

Job Specification for WORK FROM HOME and work from OFFICE:
We are opening vacancies for two different job positions –
1) Work from home (possibly a job opportunity for 3 Medical Doctors and 3 Physiotherapists). This vacancy is for Night shift work (8 pm—5 am, with the possibility of a flexible work hour of 3 hours during the daytime but only after the training period is over).
2) Work from the office (possibility of job position for 10 medical doctors). Morning shifts 6:30 am – 3 pm (Timing is fixed). Our current office location is at Balkumari, Gwarko, Lalitpur

Other requirements:
We need a commitment minimum of TWO YEARS (for work-from-home) and ONE AND HALF YEAR (Work-from-office job). If you are CANNOT commit for given periods PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. Official working days are 8 Hours a day and 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday will be holidays). We follow American work hours. The training period is for 3- 6 months (for the work-from-home job) and 1 month -1.5 months for the work-from-home job. Salary will be paid during the training. Candidates with good IELTS or TOEFL scores or with very good English proficiency will be given high priority. A good academic background in medicine is preferred. Candidate must have good skills in Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel) and a typing speed of a minimum of 35 words per minute. Salary and incentives
1. The starting salary (gross) for a Medical Doctor is Rs. 70,000 per month, and Bachelor in Physiotherapy is 50,000 per month. The salary will increase based on the performance at work.
2. There is a provision for bonuses, paid leave, and other benefits once we sign a contract with the candidates after they complete their training. These incentives are based on our company policy which will be explicitly mentioned in the job contract.
Job Description:
Online Medical Report Preparation. Use the information provided by the clients to write a medical report. Write, edit, and review a variety of scientific and medical documents. Follow standard procedures to manage data and present it accordingly. Prepare documents within established timelines and follow well-defined processes. Prepare documents of high quality in terms of scientific content, with attention to format, consistency, and accuracy. Team player- communicate, rely on, and assist other team members as needed. Able to navigate through frequent changes to instructions. Able to show initiative. Able to work quickly yet efficiently to achieve productivity goals. Able to work according to US-based timelines and holiday coverage. Able to check email and notifications throughout the day. Excellent communication/language skills. Knowledge of medical terminologies.
