About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical/Automobile Engineer (minimum 5 years) to join our dynamic team at Ashish Servicing Centre. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for overseeing vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring that all services meet our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the servicing team, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Conduct detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic systems in vehicles.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve service processes and customer experience.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in service engineering, who has previously worked in authorized service center or automobile workshops.
• Proven expertise in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including mechanical, electronic, and safety components.
• Experience in managing a team and delivering training.
• Familiarity with the latest diagnostic tools and technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
