MEAL Officer

Designation: MEAL Officer 

Location: Dang and Banke District under Caritas Nepal, Provincial office, Kohalpur

Requirements and Qualifications

Skill and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in related field.
• Expertise in excellent reporting and writing skills.
• Familiar with Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS).
• Knowledge of current safeguarding issues. 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, preferably in management, statistics, development studies, rural development, sociology, etc.

Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English

Technical  competency:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point) 
• Familiarity with KoBo Toolbox (data Collection tool)
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative M&E methods, data analysis, reporting.
• Good organizational and problem solving skills 
• Ability to write good reports, document key learnings, facilitate using participatory approaches and, photo documentation  

Core competency:

• Good coordination/ facilitation skills, team worker and values diversity 
• Sensitive on gender and social inclusion issues 
• Able to take initiative, self-motivated/independently working
• Creative, flexible and pro-active

Additional Skill

• Two wheelers valid driving License and ability to ride Motorcycle in rural environment.
