Designation: MEAL Officer 

Project Duration: October to December (3 Months) 

Location: Caritas Nepal, Field office, Jajarkot

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Education requirement (Minimum): 

• MEAL Officer- Master's degree in statistics, demographics, Sociology, Rural Development or Any other relevant Subjects. 

2. Experience requirement (Minimum): 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the field of monitoring and evaluation. Proven success in designing, implementing, and operating M&E systems. 
• In depth knowledge of shelter & DRR sector and its working modality in the country both government and non-government sector. 
• Strong communication, documentation, and dissemination skills. 
• Excellent skills in operating computer programs with various software. 
• Technical skills and work experience in advocacy, lobbying and networking with shelter, DRR and other sectors and shelter construction sector. 
• Technical skills and work experience on designing and applying research tools and statistical analysis packages and report generation.
• Two wheelers valid driving License and ability to ride Motorcycle in rural environment.
