It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

Guided by its vision of fostering a just and prosperous society where individuals have access to and control over resources, KIRDARC Nepal strives for community empowerment and ownership.

KIRDARC Nepal, in collaboration with Save the Children International, is currently executing an integrated project aimed at enhancing students' basic education, promoting the implementation of UNCRC by both the government and civil society, and establishing safe and protective environments for children within schools, health facilities, and other community settings in Tatopani Rural Municipality of Jumla District. Consequently, KIRDARC Nepal is actively seeking competent, qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens to fill the following full-time positions:

1. Position Title: MEAL & Documentation Coordinator-1 Person (Based in Tatopani Rural Municipality of Jumla district)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Possess a Master's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Statistics, or a pertinent field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in education projects with development organizations. Alternatively, hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically in demonstrating expertise in the design, implementation, and supervision of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tasks.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required:-

Demonstrated proficiency in monitoring and evaluation practices, including adept survey design capabilities. skilled in conducting interviews, and extensive experience in Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and individual beneficiary interview Sound knowledge and experience in report writing, both in English and in Nepali.
