Women’s Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC) is a national level NGO working for women's human rights and to ensure women empowerment through protection and promotion of human rights and social justice focusing on campaigns against violence against women, and women's economic, social and cultural rights nationwide. Our working districts with offices are spread over Morang, Sunsari, Udayapur, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Dang, Kailali, Rukum and additional working districts are Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Kanchanpur, Jajarkot, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Kavrepalanchok and Saptari district. The Central Office is located in Lalitpur.
1. MEAL Coordinator
Duty Station: Central Office, Lalitpur with frequent field visits
The MEAL Coordinator will work under direct supervision from the Executive Director and in close coordination with the Program Coordinator. S/He will work with support from all the District Coordinators, Program Officers, and Program Coordinators. She/He will lead and guide support data collection, analysis, and track activity implementation, achievements, learnings, and good practices to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to end of the project. The Project MEAL Coordinator should have an understanding of unequal gender and power relations and should have the skills to track power shifts through projects and overall organizational interventions

2. Associate Project Officer
Job location: Based in Kathmandu and frequently to travel to organization program working area
The Associate Project Officer will work under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator and Program Officer to lead the overall implementation of activities addressing decent work,
women’s human rights, labor migration, and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) at the district level. The role includes tracking program implementation and achievements to ensure accountability and efficiency.
The Associate Project Officer will closely coordinate with the concerned Manager, Coordinators, Project Coordinator, Program Officer, and WOREC’s networks to achieve the program's goals and objectives.

3. Project Coordinator – 1
Job location: Based in Kathmandu possibility to travel to organization working area and district
The Project Coordinator will oversee the overall management, coordination, and implementation of the project aimed at preventing and responding to Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), empowering women and youth leaders, advocating for the right to mobility, decent work, and social security, and generating knowledge for advocacy on labor migration and refugee rights. The coordinator will ensure that project activities are implemented effectively, in line with objectives, and within the allocated budget and timeframe.

4. Field Operation Officer-1
Duty Station: Dhangadhi, Kailali with frequent field visit of Kanchanpur, Dang, Rupandehi and Kapilvastu
The Field Operation Officer will support and/or coordinate the majority of the following operational functions of the sub-grantees -Finance, Human Resources (HR), Logistics, Procurement, Administration, under the supervision of Senior Admin and Finance Coordinator and Program Coordinator and in close coordination with, district coordinators and project staffs.
