Right now we are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to drive branding and marketing initiatives in Nepal for our digital marketing products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Country Manager and HQ Marketing department to develop and manage marketing activities, implementation, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Work closely with partners, vendors, and internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements:

• Fluent Nepali speaker with strong English communication skills for seamless collaboration with management and partners.
• Experience in the western companies is a significant advantage (having your own database of partners is a major plus).
• Prior experience in sales or targeted advertising is highly desirable.
• Strong communication abilities; creative and results-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating and MS office.
• Proficient in affiliate management and networking.
• A good understanding of the digital marketing industry and well-established network within both the industry and the Nepal market will be a big plus.
