Job Description:
We’re seeking enthusiastic and skilled Marketing Associates to join our team. This role requires a combination of marketing expertise, customer service skills, and design knowledge to manage various responsibilities and deliver results effectively. As a Marketing Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Interaction

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services.

• Answering inbound calls to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues for existing and potential customers.

• Following up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and close sales.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

2. Social Media Management

• Managing social media platforms, including creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.

• Respond promptly to social media comments, messages, and inquiries to build a strong online presence.

• Analyzing social media performance metrics and suggesting improvements to enhance engagement.

3. Design and Content Creation

• Assisting in the design of promotional materials, such as social media graphics, banners, and email templates.

• Contributing to creating compelling content for social media campaigns, blogs, and newsletters.

4. Lead Generation and Conversion

• Identifying new leads and opportunities through various channels, including online research, social media, and referrals.

• Engaging leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pitch appropriate services.

• Converting leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our services.

5. Team Collaboration

• Coordinating with the team members to align strategies and execute campaigns effectively.

• Contributing to brainstorming sessions and offering creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

6. Reporting and Feedback

• Preparing regular reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance.

• Providing feedback and insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in marketing and design.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and chat-based communication.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-first mindset.

Shift Details:
We are hiring for all shifts (First, Second, and Third). When applying, please specify your preferred shift(s).

1st Shift: 3:45 AM - 12:45 PM Nepal Time
2nd Shift: 10:45 AM - 7:45 PM Nepal Time
3rd Shift: 7:45 PM - 4:45 AM Nepal Time
