Manager for Service Apartments in Thamel, Kathmandu

We operate a well-established service apartment in the heart of Thamel, Kathmandu, catering to tourists and business travelers. Our apartments are known for their prime location, comfort, and excellent service.

Position: Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Thamel Trade Center Pvt. Ltd., Chaksibari Marg, Thamel-236, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including reservations, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage staff, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service.
• Handle budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration,or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in hotel or service apartment management preferably 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Nepali.
• Knowledge of online booking platforms and property management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
