Industry: Hydropower Project Supply & Import

We are a dynamic supply company specializing in providing materials and equipment for hydropower project construction, with a primary focus on imports from India. We are currently seeking a capable and proactive manager to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee logistics operations for import shipments

• Coordinate with Indian suppliers and local logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery

• Liaise with banks for various issues like opening and settlement of Letters of Credit (LCs)
• Coordinate with various insurance
• Coordinate with staff for regular updates
• Support internal HR coordination and address staff-related matters

• Organize and maintain company documents for compliance and internal use

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international logistics and documentation, preferably in import from India

• Familiarity with banking procedures related to trade (especially LCs)

• Good understanding of HR processes and team coordination

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document handling systems
