Loan Recovery Officer

Loan Recovery Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth and timely repayment of load facilities availed by the clients. Loan recovery officer is also responsible of determining bad debts, and initiate Recovery process with consultation with the organization legal advisors.

Job Description:

1)      Ensure proper documentation and processes has been carried on during the loan approval and disbursement.

2)      Contact the loan client and ensure timely repayments according to the repayment schedule.

3)      Determine the bad debts and search for various methods to recovery the bad debts.

4)      Lead the legal process and proceeding regarding the recovery of the bad loans.

5)      Must have experience and knowledge on mortgage auctioning.

6)      Prepare update and improvise the loan process and mechanism.

7)      Report to the board on monthly board meeting.
