Job Title: Lead Saleswoman – Retail Sales Management

Location: Bishal Bazar, Kathmandu

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Full-Time)

Position Overview:

Mahala's On Fleak is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly presentable saleswoman to take a leading role in our retail sales operations. This is a key position for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills who can independently manage the sales floor and guide a team of sales staff.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail sales, be capable of managing day-to-day store operations, and be committed to long-term professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of overall retail sales activities
• Lead and guide the supporting sales staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and relationship management
• Manage daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and strategic selling

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently
• Must be seeking a long-term career opportunity, not a temporary position

Salary:

• NPR 18,000 – 35,000 (based on performance)
• Further salary growth is possible based on individual performance and contribution over time.
