Position: Kitchen Assistant

Required No.: 4

Qualification: 10+2 in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and equipment
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Handle and prepare ingredients with basic knife skills
• Support team members during busy service hours
• Perform dishwashing and general cleaning duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a kitchen
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen tools
• Ability to communicate in basic English
• +2 graduate (higher secondary education)
• Strong work ethic and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work in an 8-hour shift schedule
• Residing near or around Patan is highly preferred
