Junior IT Assistant

We are hiring a Junior IT Assistant to join our dynamic team! If you meet the following requirements and are passionate about IT, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

Driving License: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Two-Wheeler: Owning a two-wheeler is preferable but not mandatory.

Technical Skills: 

• Proficient in computer troubleshooting, Windows formatting, and installation.
• Experience in software and driver installation/uninstallation.
• Experience with USB and network printer/scanner installation and sharing.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.

Education: +2 level education is recommended but not mandatory.

Experience: 

• Preferably 1 year or more in a similar role.
• Freshers are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

• Regular visits to clients' offices to perform scheduled computer servicing tasks such as: 
  • Deleting temporary files and folders.
  • Updating antivirus databases.
  • Verify installed printer are working properly.
  • Troubleshoot users' reported IT issues and provide timely solutions.
• Providing support for IT-related issues as required.
