Details / requirements:

A Reputed ICT Company is seeking qualified Nepalese Citizen for the following vacant post: Post: Jr. Network Engineer (Required 2 Persons) Duty station: Bhairahawa. Salary Range: From Rs 8,000 – Rs 15,000 per month depending on experience. Time frame: Able to join as soon as possible. Duties & Responsibilities: · Must be able to manage & handle, monitor and maintain the Infrastructure for smooth operation of office 24 X 7, independently; · Require to watch different monitoring screen at the same time and escalate the issue as per requirement; · Frequent emailing and phone calls required to ISP during link related issue; · Require to work over night once or twice a week; · Troubleshoot any IT related issues in daily basis and should be able to work as per instruction; · Should be able to handle client calls and log every single issue; · Should be able to work in a team and most of the time required work without supervision; · Able to follow strict rules and regulation as he/she will be working in a secure area. Required Qualification and Experience: · Minimum qualification Bachelor in Computer or related field (i.e. B.E., B.I.S., B.Sc.); · Minimum one (1) year or above work experience in the related field as head of unit/department in any reputed ICT related organization; · Having strong aptitude in ICT, networking and internet sectors and must be a self-motivated individual; · Should know Networking basics and good knowledge in TCP/IP, VPN, LAN networking; · Should have knowledge of IP schema. · Hands on working experience with router and switches will be helpful. · Should know about fiber optics and wireless network Other Skills & Requirements: · Knowledge of banking software is plus point · Data cable punching and crimping knowledge will be plus point · Cisco certification, Linux certification is plus point · Good communication and interpersonal skills; · Excellent facilitation, analytical and problem solving skills in the financial matters; · Posses fluent speaking and report writing skills both in English and Nepali are must requisite; · Computer hardware knowledge is compulsory. · Knowledge of vmware is a plus point · Electrical background is also plus point The interested candidates who fulfill above stated requirements should submit application with bio-data along with a scanned copy of recently taken passport-size photo to the following address before 25 October, 2010 (8 Kartik, 2067): TO: The Advertiser, E-Mail to: career_nepal@yahoo.com NOTICE: * Only short listed candidates will be notified for further process and interview. * Bhairahawa and surrounding area applicants will be given priority
