If you are selected,  

Have to perform:

• To perform Annual Maintenance Activities and IT Help Desk Activities from Office.
• Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, Email, Internet etc.
• Online Meeting support via various platforms.
• Standby at Banks or INGOs or NGOs for IT Helpdesk support professional / technician.
• Guiding and helping the users in their needs.
• Upgrades of Service Packs and regular preventive measures tasks.

We need:

• Bachelor in IT and equivalent degree.
• Having at least 2-years of work experience as IT Helpdesk Support and troubleshooting.
• Good in Nepali and English Language in both written and spoken
• Eagar to learn with full dedications
• Can work in a Team
• Positive Attitude
• 2-Wheeler with the driving license (preferred but not mandatory)

Duty Station:

• Within Kathmandu Valley
