Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-governmental established in May 2002 registering at District Administration Office (DAO) in Rautahat. RDC Nepal has been established to carry out different activities focusing on the welfare of children, youths, and women, health and education, water and sanitation, sustainable environment, livelihood, income generation activities, disaster management, conflict, information and technology, and other critical issues and right based issues.

Request for Bids Supply of Student KIT

Rural Development Centre Nepal (RDC Nepal) takes this opportunity to request you to quote the prices for the "Student KIT” to support the children under Flood recovery  Program and P-CESP funded by World Vision International.

1. Interested bidders are advised to obtain a bidding document from 20th November 2024 up to 27 November by upon the submission of email request to: procurement@rdcnepal.org along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, copy of Registration certificate, tax clearance certificate 080/081 or 079/80 with extention letter.
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of total quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders can submit their bid latest by 4:00 PM on 29th November 2024 in the address given below with sample.
3. Samples shall be required as per instructions in the Tender document. Failed bidder to deliver the sample will be disqualified. If sample is not as per instructions in the Tender document will disqualify and will not proceed for technical and financial selection process.
4. NGOs can establish a one-year long term agreement with the awarded bidder.Quantity of goods mentioned in RFQ document is only for refrence quantity can be increased after agreement. 
5. Bid opening meeting shall be done on 3rd December 2024(11:00 AM) in the presence of the vendor or their representative.
6. Bidders can submit bid for whole or in part of these above mention items.
7. The bidder shall furnish a bid security (Refundable), from "A" class commercial bank with a minimum of 2 % (Refundable) of the total quoted bid amount (inclusive of VAT) in the A/C Name: Rural development Centre Nepal, bank account 04610137763017, Laxmi Sunrise Bank which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. The selected bidder's bid security will be released once the item is delivered and satisfy. However unsuccessful bidders will receive the bid amount within 7 days once the procurement decision is completed. Failure to deposit the bid security will lead to disqualification. Deposit vouchers, bank guarantee document and IPS transfer (online transfer) are only the valid forms of bid security. Cheques submitted bids will not be processed further or accepted.
8. RDC Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this ITB as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
