Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN), a non-governmental Organization. Currently BWSN is implementing the “Scaling-up Extreme Poverty Graduation and Climate Change Resilience in Disaster Vulnerable Communities in Asia Project” with the financial and technical assistance from Islamic Relief Nepal for support Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal is implementing the “Scaling-up Extreme Poverty Graduation and Climate Change Resilience in Disaster Vulnerable Communities in Asia Project with the financial and technical assistance from Islamic Relief Nepal to providing the educational support to vulnerable children for recipient children continue their education of the Haripur Municipality of Sarlahi Districts, Madesh Province. If you would like to be a part of the work, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

• Tender document will be issued from 27 March 2025 Onwards.
• Details Description, specification and required quality are described in the proposals which can be downloaded from the below link or Suppliers/service providers also can collect from the BWSN office Harion-11, Sarlahi.
• Bidders must submit a bank guarantee letter of 2.5% of the purpose value. This deposit ensures the bidder's commitment. Failure to submit the bank guarantee letter will result in disqualification. The bank guarantee letter must be attached to the technical proposal. bank guarantee letter should be minimum 60 days from the bid registration.
• The bidder must submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Firm Registration, Tax clearance of FY 2080/081. (Newly registered firm do not need to submit the Latest Tax clearance certificate.)
• The deadline for submission of tender documents to BWSN is on 6th April  2025 by 17:00. The bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, If the last date of submission falls on holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
• Tender must submit the hard copy (Technical and Financial proposals) with separate sealed envelope at BWSN office Harion-11, Sarlahi. Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 17:00 from Sunday to Friday.
• Pre-bid meeting shall be held at BWSN Harion office and who can’t attend physically may join via virtually and link shall be requested to the procurement.bwsn@gmail.com.
• Technical bid will be opened in the presence of bidder & stakeholders’ representatives and date of bid opening will inform latter on.
• The BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
• BWSN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers any time prior to contract award without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
• Other information not mentioned above is as per the act of Government of Nepal.
