Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 1995 to improve the socio-economic and cultural status of marginalized and disadvantaged communities. Based in Harion Municipality, Sarlahi District, BWSN works across various thematic areas, including health, WASH, governance, livelihoods, education, and climate resilience. With nearly three decades of experience, BWSN has implemented numerous projects aligned with national development priorities and aimed at promoting inclusive development at the community level.

Under its mission to empower marginalized communities and strengthen local governance, BWSN has been Implementing the Hamro Sahar Project with the technical and financial support from HELVETAS Nepal. Currently, we are looking for professional eligible individuals’ consultant and firms that have enough experience and capacity in supplying this service/work. If you would like to be a part of the work, we welcome you to take part in this invitation. 

• Details specification and required quality are described in the proposals which can be downloaded from the below link or service providers also can collected from the BWSN office Harion-11, Sarlahi.
• The tender document will be issued from 09 December 2024 onwards.
• The deadline for submission of tender documents is 15 December 2024 by 17:00 Hrs.
• Registered firm and Individual consultants also can apply this tender with below documents:

For Firm:

• Copy of firm PAN/VAT Registration
• Copy of firm Registration 
• Latest Tax clearance certificate
• Experience related documents if any.

For Individual consultant:

• Copy of Latest CV
• PAN/VAT registration documents
• Citizenship
• Experience related documents if any.
• Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm from Sunday to Friday except BWSN holidays. 
• Tender Documents must submit the hard copy at BWSN office Harion-11, Sarlahi. Bidder must submit the Technical and Financial proposals with Separate envelope.
• Single Service Providers/vendors can apply for Single and both Works.
• Any bid received after the closing deadline shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.
• Bid will be opened immediately after the deadline cross and BWSN will inform the service providers and Tender will be opened at the presence of bidders' representatives. If a tender representative will not participate in the tender opening ceremony the tender will be opened. 
• BWSN reserves the right to award either fully or partially the tenders to different bidders as per requirement.
• BWSN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
