Invitation To Bid (ITB) for Supplying Laptops & Printer

Good Neighbors International Nepal, with support from Good Neighbors Japan, plans to implement a one-year project titled Advancing Nutritional Status of School Children in Doti, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) Japan. To ensure the efficient operation of project activities, GNI Nepal intends to procure laptops and a printer for official use under this initiative. Hence this Bid is published to get the competitive firms for the supply of the laptops and printer.

Procedures for the submission:

Interested firms/service providers are requested to submit the bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Bid for Supplying Laptops & Printer” by 17:00 Hrs (Nepal Time) 13th December, 2024 at Good Neighbors International Nepal, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh Bhawan, 5th Floor Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Nepal. Only shortlisted firms/service providers will be called for further process. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify applications with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
