GNI empowers people in 46 countries across the world through social development activities and places particular emphasis on economic development in order to break the vicious cycle of poverty that people in developing countries suffer from. Established in 1991 in Seoul, South Korea, GNI has fundraising offices in Chile, Mexico, USA, Canada, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and an International Cooperation Office in Geneva, Switzerland.

Invitation To Bid (ITB) for Supplying Laptops
Good Neighbors International (GNI) Nepal has been working since 2002 for improving the lives of poor people, especially children through child protection, education, income generation, health services, water, sanitation and hygiene, disaster risk reduction/climate change adaptation, and advocacy programs. Currently, GNI Nepal serves marginalized, vulnerable, and poor children, families, and communities in 20 districts across Nepal.
GNI Nepal is set to implement the Safe and Enabling Environment for Adolescent Girls and Young Women (SAFE-Girls) Project, funded by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and executed in partnership with UNFPA, in Rautahat and Sarlahi Districts from 2024 to 2027. The project focuses on combating harmful practices and gender-based violence (GBV) affecting adolescent girls and young women. It aims to create safe spaces, enhance GBV response services, and improve comprehensive sexuality education (CSE). Hence this Bid is published to get the competitive firms for the supply of the laptops.
Procedures for the submission:
Interested firms/service providers are requested to submit the bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “Bid for Supplying Laptops” by 17:00 Hrs (Nepal Time) 11th December, 2024 at Good Neighbors International Nepal, Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh Bhawan, 5th Floor Lagankhel, Lalitpur, Nepal. Only shortlisted firms/service providers will be called for further process. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify applications with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
