Invitation of Sealed Quotation

For supply, delivery of Medical Equipment and Supplies

Green Tara Nepal (GTN) implements “Ensuring safe maternal, neonatal and child health care for remote communities in Western Nepal’ shortly named as Healthy Mothers and Children Project (HMCP), funded by the Karuna Trust, UK and the Halcrow Foundation, invites sealed quotations from registered firms /suppliers, agents or company for supply and delivery of Rural-Ultrasound, Medical Equipment & Supplies.

Eligible Bidder may obtain further information and inspect the Quotation forms in the link below of this notice at the web portal of JobsNepal.com Pvt. Ltd. from 3rd September 2024 to 11th September 2024.

Sealed Bid Document must be submitted to the Green Tara Nepal, Lamtangin Marga, Baluwatar Kathmandu on and before 12:00 PM of 11th September 2024 along with a copy of Up to date Firm/Company Registration Certificate, VAT and PAN Registration Certificates and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2079/080.  Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

Each page of standard bid document must be signed by the authorized representative of the organization and must include common seal (Stamp) of the organization. Please indicate (Procurement Notice no: HMCP-003:2081/82) on the envelope.

Sealed Quotation shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives (if are present during the process time) who choose to attend on 12th September 2024, Thursday at 2.30 PM at the office of Green Tara Nepal, Lamtangin Marga, Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal.

If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening of sealed quotation falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day.

GTN reserves the right to accept or reject, fully or partly any or all the Sealed Quotations without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
