For the supply of Electronic Equipment’s and Laptop Bags

KIRDARC Nepal is implementing “USAID; Equity and Inclusion in Education Project” in all districts of Karnali Province with technical support from PLAN International and funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). In order to implement the project activities, KIRDARC Nepal therefore invites for the sealed bid for supply of “Electronic Equipment’s and Laptop Bags” from interested manufacturers/suppliers/service providers. The list of materials and specifications has been disclosed in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

Required documents:

1. Company registration and renewal document
2. Tax clearance for the FY 2080/81 or extension letter
3. VAT registration document
4. Bank guarantee (2.5% of the total bid amount with validity of 60 days)
5. Stamped and signed copy of TOR along with code of conduct and self-declaration letter.

Procedures for the submission of the sealed bid:

Interested and eligible manufacturers/suppliers/service providers are requested to submit the sealed quotation on the basis of attached TOR to KIRDARC Nepal Coordination Office, Sanepa, Lalitpur (Phone: 01-5421678/5448321) or KIRDARC Nepal Provincial Office, Surkhet (Phone: 083-525664) clearly marking the heading “Sealed bid for the supply of Electronic Equipment’s” till 23rd  December, 2024 16:00 Hrs. (Nepali Time).

Sealed Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and only shortlisted manufacturer/suppliers/service providers will be called for further process. Canvassing at any stage of process shall lead to automatic disqualification. The organization reserves all rights to qualify/disqualify application with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. All bids will be treated with the highest confidentiality.
