INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS

Nepal Integral Mission Society (NIMS) is Non-government organization working since 2007 with the objective of improving the lives of people through income generating activities, youth empowerment, livelihood, alleviate poverty housing by providing decent shelter, work in humanitarian activities in collaboration with government and non-government organization.

NIMS is currently working in community development project in Nuwakot, Rukum East and Sindhupalchowk

NIMS invites Bids from the eligible and interested company firm/ suppliers to supply of materials for its field office located in Bhume R.M. ward no.3, Sima, Rukum East as mention below. Priority will be given to suppliers having its office or branch office in Rukum East District.

Procedure for the Submission of Bid

Interested and eligible company firm/suppliers must submit the Bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked with Bid for supply of Construction materials by 12:00 PM of 24th November 2024 (9th Mangsir 2081) to NIMS field office, Bhume R.M. ward no. 3 Rukum East. TOR and Tender Bid form can be downloaded from NIMS website www.nims.org.np/download. 

NIMS reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
