Welfare Association for Children Tikapur (WACT) is a non-government organization (NGO) working in the Far Western province of Nepal. It was established in 1996 in Tikapur municipality of Kailali district Nepal.WACT has been involved in social action since its inception, focusing on the empowerment and transformation of individuals and communities to enable them to sustainably respond to their needs on their own. 

WACT is conducting a Mid-term Evaluation of its two projects. WACT invites applications from interested individuals and firms to submit proposals to conduct the evaluation. The details of the proposal to be submitted are outlined in the last section of the ToR. Individuals or firms fulfilling the required experience and qualifications for the evaluation can submit the proposal for either one of the two projects or both projects. The proposal/s must be submitted separately no later than 7th December 2024.
