INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR SUPPLIER LISTING

Save the Children is in the process of pre-qualifying suppliers/service providers for the procurement of various goods and services as listed below:

3 | Computers, printers, toners and other accessories | 4 | Electrical and electronic goods (cameras & accessories, household electronic appliances) |
5 | Annual maintenance services (air conditioners and other electrical and electronic equipment, plumbing, gardening) | 6 | Promotional items (visibility materials including souvenir items, T-shirts, bags, etc.) |
7 | Audio-video PSAs production & broadcasting | 8 | Advertisement and documentary production services |
9 | Translation services (English to Nepali and vice versa) | 10 | Travel agency services (domestic air ticketing, visa processing) |
11 | Offset printing services | 12 | Digital printing services |
13 | Photography and videography services | 14 | Children book publication house |
15 | Graphic designing services | 16 | Illustrator |
17 | Hospitality services | 18 | Event management services |
19 | Rental vehicle services (car, jeep, bus & cargo truck) | 20 | Outsourcing services (security guards, housekeeping, drivers, electricians, gardeners, plumbers, office support, etc.) |

Interested suppliers/service providers are requested download the “Supplier Pre-qualification Form” from here. Please submit your EOI along with following documents:
- Completed SCI standard “Supplier Pre-qualification Form”
- Copy of citizenship certificate of the proprietor or CEO
- Copy of company registration certificate
- Copy PAN / VAT registration certificate
- Copy of latest tax clearance certificate (FY 2079/80)
- Copy of authorized dealer / distributor certificate, if applicable.

LAST DAY FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: 30 August 2024
All the documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to Save the Children Country Office, Sambhu Marg, Sinamangal, Kathmandu or via email at nepal.tenders@savethechildren.org with the subject marked “EOI for supplier list 2024”.
