NEEDS Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental a social organization that has been actively working in the social sector for the past 25 years. NEEDS Nepal is currently implementing the project titled "Promoting Gender-Equitable and Inclusive Socio-Economic Living Conditions for Disadvantaged Families in the Districts of Dhading and Kanchanpur, Nepal," in partnership with KKS. As part of this initiative, NEEDS Nepal plans to procure vehicles to support the project's activities.

We hereby invite your company/firm to submit a bid for the supply of the required vehicles, in accordance with terms, and conditions outlined in this Bid document. The purpose of this bid is to identify qualified suppliers who can provide the vehicles as specified below.

1. Bidders can obtain the Bid Documents and bidding instructions by submitting an email request to: needsprocurement@gmail.com or from NEEDS Nepal office.
2. Bidders must submit their bids in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 12:00 PM on 23, April 2025 in the address given below along with the sample of Vehicle and Interested bidders should submit copy of firm registration and renewal, copy of VAT registration, copy of latest tax clearance certificate (2080/81).
3. Interested bidder who meet the required conditions are invited to submit sealed bids outlining tender methodology, content, budgeting and delivery schedule. Interested bidder can be requesting for the take of bidding proposal format through email or hard copy. Bidders should be submitted along with the bids proposal should be no later than 12:00 PM 23, April 2025. Bids would be open 1:00 PM on 23, April 2025
4. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day.
5. NEEDS Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any application, in whole or in part, and to amend the provisions of this Tender as deemed necessary, without providing any reasons.
