The WACT Tikapur is working together under a joint procurement model to streamline the acquisition process for School Bags supplies to World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) funded projects. The Bags Items having specification and quantity as below, thus it invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the supply and delivery of School Bags. A one-year long term framework agreement with possible extension can be established with the awarded bidder.

1. Bidders can obtain the Bid Documents, technical specifications, and bidding instructions by clicking in link and also bidders may obtain a bidding document upon the submission of email request to: scm.wactwv@gmail.com
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 5:00 PM on 6th November 2024 in the address given below along with the sample pieces of School Bag and Interested bidders should submit copy of firm registration and renewal, copy of VAT registration, copy of latest tax clearance certificate (2080/81) or time extension voucher, signed supplier code of conduct and duly filled supplier registration form.
3. WACT Tikapur reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this Tender as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever. 
4. Bidders who do not provide samples they will not be involved in selection process.
5. The selected bidders will be responsible for transporting the bags in varying quantities to Bajhang, Achham, Dailekh, Kanchanpur, Doti, and Tikapur.

Application 

Interested applicants who meet the required conditions are invited to submit sealed bid outlining tender methodology, bags symbol, content, budgeting and delivery schedule. Interested applicants should be requesting for the take of bidding proposal format through email or hard copy. Bidders should be submitted along with the bidding proposal no later than 6th November 2024.

Note: The organization may establish a 1-year Long Term framework Agreement (LTA) with the selected suppliers/vendor/firm.
