INF Nepal invites sealed bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of Mobile Tablet (TAB) and RACHEL Server for the Retaining Girls in School Project in Kalikot district. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of INF Nepal, Central Office, Pokhara, Kaski.

1. Bidding documents are available at INF Nepal Central Office or can download from the attached notice (Annex – Instruction to Bidders and Technical Specification).

2. Bidders must submit a bid security along with their bid document in the form of a bank guarantee or cash deposit to INF Nepal’s designated bank account, as outlined in the tender notice. The bid security must remain valid for 90 days from the bid submission date.

3. The bidders shall submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/Firm Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081 and bid documents physically in the INF Nepal Central Office.

4. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures as specified in INF Nepal Procurement Policy and is open to all eligible bidders.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting on 2081/12/15 at 3:00 PM at INF Nepal Central Office. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid. The respective bidder will be allowed to see his/her bidding documents only.

6. The bid is a single envelop system and can be evaluated on package/item-wise basis. Eligible Bidders may submit the bid for all packages/items or single package/item or more than one package/items.

7. INF Nepal Central Office reserves the right to accept or reject, the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever. Other instructions to bidder will be provided with the bid documents from INF Nepal Central Office.

8. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

9. If any discrepancies or error seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal.

10. Eligible Bidders (Suppliers) may obtain further information from the central office of INF Nepal, Pokhara.
