Civic Forum for Sustainable Development (Civic Forum) is one of the leading members based Nepalese non-governmental organization (NGO) based at the Kavrepalanchok district of Bagamati Province. It is a pioneer, an autonomous, non-profit making, non-racial and non-political, non-governmental organization established with the prime aim of contributing to environment friendly sustainable development. Civic Forum has been registered since March 16, 2004 (Registration Number 785/2060/61) in accordance with section 4 of Associations Registration Act, 1977 of Nepal in District Administration Office (DAO) Kavrepalanchok under Government of Nepal (GoN), Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) and has also been affiliated to the Social Welfare Council (SWC) since March 26, 2004 under section 13 of the Social Welfare Act, 1992.

Civic Forum for Sustainable Development (Civic Forum), a leading members based Nepalese non-governmental organization (NGO) based at the Kavrepalanchok district, is implementing the programme "Humanitarian WASH Interventions in Kavrepalanchok District" from December 25, 2024, to June 24, 2025 with the support of UNICEF Nepal. Under this programme, Civic Forum invites interested and eligible companies, firms and suppliers, licensed to supply and deliver Drinking Water Supply Schemes Construction Materials.

Documents to Include with Bid Submission:
- Company/Firm/Supplier Registration and Renewal Certificates.
- Business Registration Certificate (if applicable).
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- Tax Clearance Certificate for Fiscal Year 2080/2081.
- Signed and Stamped Bid Form.
- Self-Declaration Letter (Declaration by the bidder stating that they are not ineligible from participating in the process, have no conflict of interest in the proposed process, and have not been convicted of any offense related to the relevant profession or business.).
- A voucher for the bid security deposit of Rs.85,000.00 (refundable), deposited in Civic Forum's Account at Nabil Bank Limited, Dhulikhel Branch, Account Name: Civic Forum, Account No. 04201017500946 (Current).
Bid Submission Process:
Sealed bids must be submitted to Civic Forum’s office located at Dhulikhel Municipality, Ward No. 3, Pipalbot Marg, House No. 420.

Bid Document Collection:
Bid documents can be collected after paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000, deposited at Nabil Bank Limited, Dhulikhel Branch, Account Name: Civic Forum, Account No. 04201017500947 (Current). Bidders must submit proof of payment along with an application requesting the bid documents at the Civic Forum Office.
The bid documents can also be obtained via email by sending the application to procurement@civicforum.org.np. The documents will then be provided through email as requested.
Civic Forum reserves all rights regarding bid opening, evaluation, and supplier selection.
