Working for Access and Creation Nepal (WAC-NEPAL) in a collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is constructing Multipurpose Inclusive Safe Shelter for community at Panchadewal Binayak-9, Kaalekaada, Achham district under CBDRR Project. Therefore, WAC Nepal invites bids from eligible bidders for the same. Bidders who have eligibility; i) The turnover for each of the past three years has consistently maintained a minimum of 18 million rupees annually and ii) has experience of a similar nature (public buildings) construction works at least one contract of 12 million Rupees or above within last 3 years. 

Bidders can receive an electronic copy of a complete set of bidding documents from 29th April 2025 to 19th of May 2025 upon the submission of application along with copy of legal documents (VAT, Registration, updated license, Tax clearance) by email requesting to tapendra.rawal@wac.org.np.

Bidders are required to submit simultaneously two separate sealed envelopes, one containing (i) the Technical Proposal and the other (ii) the Financial Proposal, as described in the Bidding Document.  

All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security as below having validity for 60 days after the bid opening date submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 12:00 Noon on 20th May 2025 in the addresses given below. 

Technical Proposal will be opened at WAC-Nepal central office, Saafebagar in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 3:00 PM 20th May 2025.

Pre-bid meeting shall be held at CBDRR project office, Panchadewal-4 Binayak or may be virtual at 1:00 P.M.  on 13th May 2025.
