Social Development Centre (SDC) Mahottari is non-political and non-profitable NGO established in 1996 by a group of Terai marginalized group’s activists. Since then, SDC is fully dedicated to work in humanitarian assistance, community development, livelihood, Child Well Being, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the humanitarian and long-term development projects.

Construction of School Compound Wall and Pathway Connection

The Social Development Centre (SDC) Mahottari, in collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal), is undertaking the construction of School compound and Pathway Connection in NERA Basic School, Baheda, Mahottari district. We invite bids from eligible contractors for this project.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bidders must demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of 2 million rupees for each of the past three years and possess experience in similar construction work, having completed at least one contract valued at 1 million rupees or more within the last three years.
- Interested bidders can obtain an electronic copy of the complete set of bidding documents from 14th December 2024 until 21 Dec 2024. To receive the documents, please submit an application along with copies of legal documents (VAT registration, business registration, updated license, and tax clearance) to the email address provided below.
- All bidders must include a bid security of 2% of the bid price in Bank Guarantee and must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders by 4:00 PM on 23 Dec, 2024. The technical proposals will be opened at the SDC office at 12:00 Noon on 25th December 2024, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
- SDC reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
