Progressive Youth Society Nepal (PYS) Bajhang, Association for Social Transformation and Humanitarian Assistance Nepal (Astha Nepal) Achham, Karnali Integrated Rural Development and Research Center (KIRDARC Nepal) Jumla and Social Service Center (SOSEC Nepal) Dailekh is jointly purchasing Tracksuit through open tender process with having specification and quantity as below, hence it invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” to supply it. 

1. Interested bidders may obtain a bidding document from 1 Jun 2023 up to 15 Jun 2023 by upon the submission of email request to: pys.procurement21@gmail.com  along with electronic copy of PAN/VAT certificate, copy of license, tax clearance certificate.
2. All bids accompanied by a bid Security (2% of quoted price) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 12:00 PM on 15 Jun 2023 in the address given below. Bids will be opened at PYS Nepal office in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 02:00 PM on the same day.
3. Samples shall be required as per instructions in the bidding document. Failed bidder to deliver the sample will be disqualified.
4. PYS Nepal and other Partner NGOs may establish a one-year long framework agreement with the awarded bidder.
5. PYS NEPAL reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this ITB as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
