1. FAYA Nepal invites electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Construction of the following works under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of FAYA Nepal, Dhangadi, Phone no. 091-524329, E-mail: fayavacancy@gmail.com
3. Bidders have to purchase the hard copy of bid documents from the FAYA office, Dhangadhi until 2079/02/01 in cash as mentioned above.
4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on FAYA Nepal, Dhangadhi at 12:00 PM on 2080/01/25.
5. Bids must be submitted (hard copy) to the office FAYA, Nepal through Hand before 12:00 Noon on 2080/02/02. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 pm on 2080/02/02 at the office of FAYA Nepal, Dhangadi. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum (Amount is specified in the Table below) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. The Employer reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason whatsoever.
