Invitation for Bid for the Procurement of Catering Service

1. NFN invites bids from registered suppliers for the supply and delivery of carting services, including breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner, to the locations specified by NFN

2. Bid must be submitted to the office of the NFN before noon on 2081/10/26. Bid Received after the deadline will be Rejected.

3. Bidders must provide a complete set of catering services. NFN will not consider single-item providers.

4. Bidders Must have experience in providing at least 3,000 packs in a single event and should present relevant certificates or evidence.

5. Bidder Must have a minimum annual turnover of over NPR 3 crore.

6. Must have prior experience in providing services to UN agencies, Government Agencies and I/NGOs.

7. Bidders must operate a functional and fully operational seminar hall.

8. Eligible Bidder may obtain details Information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the NGO Federation of Nepal, Buddhanagar, Kathmandu, Ph: 01-4791368,01-4790559

9. An eligible bidder may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR 1,500.00 until 2081/10/26,12 noon.

10. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on an NFN’s holiday, the next working day shall be considered the last date.

11. The bid must be valid for 45 days after the bid opening 

12. The NGO Federation of Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids without assigning any reason.
