Action for Nepal invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Non-Local Construction Materials for the Jhakribas Drinking Water Supply Project at Aaiselukharka Rural Municipality, Khotang Nepal.

1. Bid Documents with detailed Scope of Work, Terms, and Conditions can be received from Action for Nepal Kathmandu upon submission of a written request letter on the official letterhead with the bank voucher of the Bid Document fee deposited in the account of Action for Nepal Bank Account till 30th August 2024 (14th Bhadra 2081) 5:00 PM.

2. The Sealed Bid along with the copy of other documents as requested in the Bid Document must be submitted to the Action for Nepal Kathmandu not later than 12:00 PM, 2nd September 2024 (17th Bhadra 2081). Bid Documents received after this deadline will not be accepted.

3. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 02:00 PM on 2nd September 2024 (17th Bhadra 2081) at the office of Action for Nepal Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for 240 days after bid opening.

4. If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last date of submission and same with the Bid opening Time.

5. Action for Nepal, Kathmandu reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the Sealed Bid Document without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
