Workshop Manager

Education: Automobile Diploma or Engineering Degree with proven experience in managing a workshop:

1. Age : 30-45

2. Graduate. Preference will be given to the person having Automobile Background, eg. Automobile engineer or diploma holder.

3. Willing to learn and capable to work with in a team and independently with a demanding workload.

4. Good Organizational skills, with initiative and good judgement.

5. Strong diagnosing and technical skills

6. Able to troubleshoot and solve problems.

7. Pro-active, hands-on, interpersonal with good communication skills.

8. Good command in both English and Nepali (Written and spoken) and able to correspond independently, and compile reports etc.

9. Able to manage team of mechanics and other Administrative work.

10. Literacy in Computer.

11. Go-getter, extrovert, energetic, with self-initiative.

12. Excellent custome relation skills.

13. Multi-tasker.

14. To monitor the proper use of the company's standard software system and to ensure that reports are printed and filed as required.
