1. Project Coordinator -1 (40% Field and 60% Office Based):
Role and responsibilities
- Overall project management, planning, implementation, reporting, documentation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation, networking, team mobilization, and technical backstop to project staff.
- Prepare detailed implementation plan (DIP), periodic plans; annual, quarterly, and monthly, and approval from management meetings of the respective organization with consultation with the funding partner.
- Develop plans with a sustainable approach linked to national priorities, and programs and links to sustainable development goals.
- Facilitate/support day-to-day field implementation ensuring appropriate process, considering the time/period, and results of log-frame.
Education and Expertise
- Applicants have excellent spoken and written skills in English with at least 5 years of intensive working experience having officer/managerial positions in women empowerment, livelihood and enterprise development themes.
- Applicants should have at least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 5 years of experience (preference will be given to the master's degree).
- Applicants must be able to handle office packages (Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, email/internet and another means of virtual meetings).
2. Meal Officer- 1 (50% office and 50% Office Based):
Role and responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of TOR, the design of surveys and assessments, contributing to monitoring and documentation
- Developing a monitoring framework, forms and formats, sub-indicators, a monitoring plan, tracking indicators, digital data collection tools and techniques, data management and analysis, case study collection and writing
- Developing reports and documentation of learning, innovation, and knowledge management.
- Contribute to MEAL related inputs on evidence, logical frameworks, indicators etc.
Education and Expertise
- The applicant must have at least a bachelor's degree in development studies, statistics, or social science with working experience in a required position for at least 3 years.
- Applicant who can handle office packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email/internet, data analysis software). S/he needs to travel to project working wards and communities frequently.
3. Admin and Finance Officer-1 (90% Office and 10% office Based):
Role and responsibilities
- Responsible for overall financial management, account keeping, maintaining inventory/records, preparing financial reporting and documentation.
- Lead responsible for procurement related activities, compliance ensuring of the organization including donors.
- Preparing cheques for utility, tax, payroll, and other company bills
Education and Expertise
- Applicants should have sound speaking and writing in English as well.
- S/he should have at least a bachelor's degree in business studies or a bachelor's in business administration in a required position for at least 3 years (preference will be given to the master's degree).
- S/he can handle office packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email/Internet) and have experience in advanced Excel.
4. Field Officer (Agri-technician) -1 (100% field Based):
Role and responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing programs that contribute to the improvement of livelihoods, adopting improved agriculture practices.
- Facilitating market access for local products and services, exploring partnership to expansion the market reach
- Supporting monitoring activities and coordination meetings and promoting enterprise growth through market research and analysis.
Education and Expertise
- Applicants should have sound speaking and writing in English as well.
- S/he should have at least a Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) in agriculture for at least 3 years.
- S/he can handle office packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email/Internet) and have experience in advanced Excel
