People in Need (PIN) is a non-governmental, non-profit, international organization founded in the Czech Republic in 1992. PIN arrived in Nepal as part of a humanitarian response in 2015 and working to address the needs of marginalized people who live in geographically remote areas of Nepal, people who are from historically marginalized ethnic groups, and those marginalized because of their age and/or gender identity (women and girls). 

We are looking to have supply agreements with potential suppliers/trading company/ service providers in Nepal. If you would like to be part of the work that PIN does by supplying goods and service, we welcome you to take part in this invitation.

Detailed of tender procedures and specifications are included within the tender documents which can

be collected from People In Need (PIN) office at the address given below or Upon request via email: eoi.nepal@peopleinneed.net

•         Tender document will be issued from 16^th April, 2025 to 29^th April, 2025

•         The deadline for submission of tender documents is on 29^th April, 2025 by 4:00 noon        Tender document collection and submission must be from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm from Monday to   Friday except PIN holidays.

•         Any bid received after the closing deadline, shall be returned directly to the bidder. If the last date of submission and opening falls on holiday, the next working day would be the last date.

•         Any bidders who want to be clear about tender procedures and any other information related with this tender, PIN will organize an open meeting on 21^st April,2025 at 3.00PM at PIN Nepal office.

•          Bid will be opened on 30^th April, 2025 in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend at 15:00 hours at the office of PIN Nepal.

•        The PIN office will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.

         PIN reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving any reason.
